Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the ProxyTunnel network. By using our services, you agree not to use the proxies for any of the following activities:
1. Illegal Activities
- Fraud: Credit card fraud, bank fraud, or any form of financial theft.
- Hacking: Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (phishing, brute-forcing, port scanning).
- Illegal Content: Accessing, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content.
- Copyright Infringement: Distributing copyrighted materials without authorization.
2. Network Abuse
- DDoS Attacks: Launching Distributed Denial of Service attacks or stress testing networks.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or forum spam.
- Malware: Distributing viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious software.
- Botnets: Controlling or participating in botnets.
3. Ad Fraud & Social Media Abuse
- Ad Fraud: Generating invalid clicks or impressions (click fraud).
- Account Creation Spam: Automating the bulk creation of accounts on social media or other platforms in violation of their terms.
4. Government & Restricted Targets
Targeting government websites (.gov, .mil) or educational institutions (.edu) for scraping or automated access is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
5. Enforcement
We employ automated systems and manual reviews to monitor network usage patterns. If we detect violations of this AUP, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately.
- Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Block traffic to specific targets.
